Waiting for kimchi







Johan has made two different types of kimchi (from recipes he found here). I look forward to trying them.

  10. yummmm. i love kimchi, possibly more than anything. (except for sleep, maybe? and polaroids.) i love those jars! i saw them on the no-waste-project blog just the other day, and am thinking about getting them. are they actually airtight?
