I have been sick for 3 days. Spent the days reading, resting, drinking tea, eating soup and trying not to get stressed because I have a deadline (I admit, I am very stressed, luckily a quite uncommon feeling).
This tea is one of the things I have been living from:
LEMON & GINGER TEA
hot hot water
slices of fresh lemon
slices of fresh ginger
+ add honey if you like it sweet, I guess it's good for a sore throat :)
