Paris, Thursday evening

The first evening in Paris, Johan and I took a walk up a hill and had some chinese food before we walked down the hill again and fell asleep before the sun set. We were both a bit sick (nothing serious, just a cold - not complaining :) lots of sleep did the thing!) the first couple of days, so we decided to take it easy. Didn't manage though - on Friday we walked more than 25 kilometers. And felt better! More pictures soon.

  2. What a beautiful tour of the city! I love the little details like the hotel tile in the entry way...these are the things I always look out for.

Hope you feel better soon...It would be a bummer to be sick in such a lovely city. Feel better. xo

Oh, le Floréal Café, just around the corner from our place. You were so close, I could have run into you! Seems like you stayed in the Belleville area... Did you enjoy it? The Canal Saint Martin, Place Sainte Marthe and all... I sure hope so. I am sorry to hear you were sick though.

  7. Merci Sandra. I am half French, half Australian, living in Sydney right now. I haven't been back to Paris in two years and your photos were like a beautiful nourishing tonic today. Just what I needed, to see my other home, captured so much as I know it. More please! x

I was wondering if you could tell me which camera you are using? As I just turned 40 (oh my), my birthday present will be my first reflex camera but it's difficult to choose. Thanks fir your advice. Cécile. blogavecfelix@gmail.com
