Woke up before 7 this morning and thought I have no idea what this day will bring, so I decided to document it. This was taken at 8 when the sun was about to finally rise.

9am: Went to Boxi for a round around the market.

10am: Was in the mood for a longer walk, so I went to Frischeparadies to buy a cheese (provolone piccante) and then I did some other necessary shopping (canned tomatoes for the spicy lentils, coffee and bread).

11am: Snow covered the streets for a little while.

Noon: Went home freezing, made coffee and jumped in under my duvet to kiss Johan who just woke up. We looked up places we want to take his parents to when they come to visit next month.

1pm: Time to start cooking.

2pm: I never spent so much time on anything food wise, I am Madame Calmness these days. I completely changed after that fast, it might sound ridiculous but it's true. I've never felt this... happy before.

3pm: Lunch was served, you find the recipe in the previous post.

4pm: Decided to go out for another walk and see the sun go down.

5pm: When I was back home Johan made me a drink; beetroot, ginger and apple. Was delicious.

6pm: Monsieur Arbeit.

7 pm: Frozen Lady took a bath. I don't know what's happening with me, I do everything in a much slower pace, yet I get a lot of stuff done. Guess it was about time.

8pm: Went to sexy Aldi to buy some groceries.

9pm: Made dinner, fried salmon with this sauce (made of soy, honey, garlic, ginger, oil and chili flakes) and Chinese cabbage. Was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of it. Was pretty busy talking to Johan and our BFFs. We have a WhatsApp group called The Fashion Blog, you can't imagine the amazing pictures we send to each other ;)

10pm: This still life in the hallway is just getting more and more crazy.

A bit before 11pm: Putting together this blog post while listening to Robert Parker, he's so great, like an updated version of my all time favourite Bobby Orlando, the guy the Pet Shop Boys were recording with in the early years (which are crazy amazing by the way).

It looks/sounds so wonderful! I've just started using SELF Journal (google it, you can get a free pdf) to plan my time after a couple of weeks in a haze after christmas, not being able to start studying and just doing nothing and worrying. And it just works, this planning thing! I get up, get a lot done, and still have the most quiet, lovely, relaxing days with time to read and take walks :) When I finish my exams i think i will try a fast as well. And the lentil dish!
