The oyster shells are too beautiful to throw away and they serve great as shot glasses.

A Sunday with friends and food

I don't think I did much else than what you see in the pictures yesterday - eating, walking, drinking, taking pictures together with lovely friends. What did you do?

A birthday lunch

I celebrated Johan's 29th birthday a few days in advance and took him out for lunch in Brooklyn. He loves oysters and beer (me too!), so you may guess who was happy.

Birthday weekend

March 21 is my favourite day of the year - it's Johan's birthday! We have celebrated all weekend because today both of us are busy working. Happy 28th!

Two years ago Johan took me out for dinner at Balthazar, it was his birthday present to me (I turned 30 in December that year). You can see more photos from our NY trip here, I would so love to go back soon!
