June 13, 2002 - 2017

June 13, 2002: Went to Gothenburg Botanical Garden with my ex and his family.


June 13, 2003: My ex and I had bought an apartment in central Gothenburg and we were renovating like crazy. It was a fun and also exhausting time. I was cooking a lot and discovered so much new-to-me food.


June 13, 2004: This is the church where I grew up, I love the architecture so much. The inside is absolutely amazing, I have to go there and take pictures next time I'm visiting Luleå. My dad is working there as a janitor.


June 13, 2005: I had just moved to my own apartment after a very difficult divorce (I loved him so much - after 12 years it's still hard to think about this time). Went through my stuff and found a note from my Latin teacher (when I was about age 17). It says Worried about her behaviour. Restless in class, escapism. Well, I just wanted to go far, far away as a teenager.


June 13, 2006: I had moved in with Johan after a year of living on my own and was sketching on crochet characters. The one to the right later became the Buttcrack Character.


June 13, 2007: Johan's dad gave us a huge cheese. I seriously think I'm addicted to cheese.


June 13, 2008: Was babysitting Camilla's sweet Morran (RIP) and was trying out my new 50mm lens.


June 13, 2009: Our tiny flat in Gothenburg, the light there was so strange and it was very difficult to take pictures.


June 13, 2010: Johan was baking burger bread and made salmon burgers. They were so delicious! This was our last summer in Sweden.


June 13, 2011: Bang! We had moved to Berlin and took a walk to Neukölln and then back home, enjoying a beer by the Spree river on our way.


June 13, 2012: A walk through Kreuzberg and Alt-Treptow.


June 13, 2013: Watching over our home bar with a crazy face + having coffee on the balcony.


June 13, 2014: Took a walk to Prenzlauer Berg to enjoy some coffee.


June 13, 2015: Blurry picture of Johan and the two loves of my life; Lo & Alice, my kids, my nieces. I wish I could see them EVERY day.


June 13, 2016: Last Summer Johan and I were making stuff for a food market, graphic design, sign design, photography, illustrations etc etc. It was a fun, strange and intense time.


June 13, 2017: Today I've been helping Johan spell-correcting a menu for Gotham Grill in Kreuzberg. I wish Johan would make an online portfolio so I can show you all the amazing stuff he's been designing lately. In the meantime I will snap pictures whenever I can, he's still my favourite designer :)

March 3, 1999-2017

Time for a "recap". This is:
March 3, 1999: My sister in her newly painted toilet & I was crocheting something big.


March 3, 2000: I was taking pictures for a website I was making for mobile services. Made my first logotype, it's still in use. This was when I still lived in Luleå.


March 3, 2001: I had moved to Gothenburg, looked like this and went to Marstrand.


March 3, 2002: Was doing an evening course in graphic design at Forsbergs Skola where I learned more during 2 nights a week for 1.5 years than I did at HDK for 5 years. This is from walking to the tram, in the middle of Gothenburg.


March 3, 2003: Had moved to a new central flat, roaming around the attic.


March 3, 2004: Applying for HDK, which led me to a completely new life. One of the topics was suicide.


March 3, 2005: My kitchen in Gothenburg and the first sandwich cake I made with Johan, when we were still "just" friends :)


March 3, 2006: And BAM I moved to my own flat with the red kitchen. Johan is drinking tea, trying to explain something to me.


March 3, 2007: I had just cut Johan's hair. He looks so young! From the flat we lived in together for many years in Gothenburg, on 34 squaremeters, omg.


March 3, 2008: We went to Luleå to visit my family and play in the snow.


March 3, 2009: Seafood in the kitchen!


March 3, 2010: I had a studio for a year in Gothenburg, before moving to Berlin. Painted the toilet door in this amazing colour.


March 3, 2011: Now we were living in Berlin. On this particular day we walked from Ostkreuz to Westkreuz.


March 3, 2012: This day we walked around in Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf and had some German food at Kastanie.


March 3, 2013: Seems like this day was a walking day at the beginning of our Berlin career ;) This is somewhere in Kreuzberg or Neukölln, I think.


March 3, 2014: A tour around Mitte with Johan, eating pizza at Clärchens Ballhaus.


March 3, 2015: I met up Johan in Prenzlauer Berg where he was working at the time and took a walk back to Friedrichshain to have some coffee.


March 3, 2016: A morning meeting with Johan when we decided to try a pretty new spot for breakfast. Wasn't very good, you know when the food tastes of the cutting board. The place is closed now.


March 3, 2017: Woke up to sun and will go to my friend's restaurant to take pictures of food in a few hours.

September 1, 2005-2016

September 1, 2005: This happened two days before we decided to be two individuals trying to spend life together.


September 1, 2006: Out for one of my walks around Gothenburg, taking a picture of my favourite door.


September 1, 2007: Just a random picture of the antlers.


September 1, 2008: Johan took this picture of me on a walk home from meeting some friends. A few days later I cut my hair short.


September 1, 2009: Gothenburg's party area.


September 1, 2010: Working at home, planning a big move.


September 1, 2011: Another on-my-way-home picture.


September 1, 2012: Flat whites at Bonanza with Johan.


September 1, 2013: Delicious pizza and white wine at Il Ritrovo.


September 1, 2014: Saying bye for the day after some coffee. Time to work.


September 1, 2015: Last year I took the day off and spent the day in a park with friends getting drunk.


September 1, 2016: And today I finished making these socks which I started making in February.

December 12, 2006-2014

December 12, 2006: One of my favourite signs in Gothenburg.


December 12, 2007: Johan had dark hair for a couple of weeks, afterwards I shaved off all his hair.


December 12, 2008: Tea :)


December 12, 2009: On one of my walks I met this cutie pie.


December 12, 2010: Snow snow snow and I was busy preparing to move to Germany.


December 12, 2011: Hanging out with friends, Johan's hair was so long!


December 12, 2012: On a walk in Kreuzberg.


December 12, 2013: That Merry Christmas thing is always decorating my studio, it's too beautiful to only show up one month a year.


December 12, 2014: Today in my studio, working on Wrist Worms and looking forward to a few days off to celebrate my birthday and take long walks with Johan.
