July 12, 2006-2013

2006: I was in Stockholm a few hours with Johan, just taking a walk between flights.


2007: Breakfast in Gothenburg, with Johan. I remember we laughed so hard, but can't remember why.


2008: Just came back home after having pizza at our favourite pizza place in Gothenburg.


2009: Johan's crazy amazing baguettes.


2010: Haha, this picture makes me laugh. Taken in my studio in Gothenburg.


2011: My friend (who passed away last year) grew me this rose and this was the first time it bloomed. This morning (speaking about today 2013) I saw a new rosebud! So happy I have managed to keep it alive for so long.


2012: Busy summer working on this - so much fun!


2013: Shared a pizza with Johan for lunch, it was deeeelicious!

A new-old project

This summer I am working on a new grannysquare blanket, I think it's the 6th or 7th I make.


It will be available in the shop when it's finished, will keep you posted!


Also I am sniffing on peonies, best flower scent.

Summer is good to me, I haven't planned any holidays until end of August, so until then I'm enjoying spending evenings with friends, going swimming in the morning, meeting Johan for lunch in the middle of the day and take some car rides around the city. How about you, are you going somewhere special?

A quick lunch recipe

A lunch I'm making pretty often (picture 1), you need:

1 red pepper
1/2-1 zucchini depending on the size
some green asparagus
(fry the vegetables in olive oil, add salt, pepper and spicy sauce if you have some)

Fry 1 egg.

Mix cottage cheese with as much dijon mustard as you like + some salt & pepper.
Top everything with coriander/cilantro.
Eat!

(Bottom picture shows food made by Johan and he's always making much more complicated marinades and stuff than I do, so I don't know what's in there, but you can see mushrooms, apple, zucchini, pepper, tomatoes and onion)

Calm morning

Slept in, read a book, spoke with my husband on the phone, thinking about what to get for breakfast.

A wedding in Mitte

A few Fridays ago I had the honour to see my friends get married. We were a group of people celebrating until the day after, the BIG party will take place very soon. Looking so much forward to it!
